Update 2020-04-22: After increased numbers of COVID-19 cases occurred in Heilongjiang Province, which were mainly among Chinese returning from Russia, Chinese authorities imposed movement restrictions in the provincial capital of Harbin on Wednesday (22 April). People who do not live in the city are no longer allowed to travel to the residential areas of the city. In addition to imported cases, most of the cases were confirmed around two hospitals in Harbin.
